Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients

¼ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
10 oz bag of marshmallows
¼ cup Biscoff cookie butter spread
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups rice krispie cereal

Directions

In a large saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat.
Reduce to low heat and pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
Once the marshmallows are completely melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Biscoff cookie butter spread and vanilla extract until evenly incorporated.
Gently fold in the rice krispie cereal, stirring until each piece is well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 8x8 or 9x9 inch dish, pressing down evenly with a spatula.
Optional: Drizzle additional Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with cookie crumbs or whole cookies for garnish.
Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
