3 very ripe bananas
½ cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1½ cup all-purpose flour

2️⃣ Don't Overcook: Use a meat thermometer — aim for 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast.

3️⃣ Let It Rest: Rest the turkey for at least 20 minutes after roasting. Juices redistribute, keeping every bite tender!

4️⃣ Butter & Herbs: Rub butter under and over the skin with herbs for extra flavor and moisture. I also inject my turkey with the drippings.

5️⃣ Cover & Uncover: Tent loosely with foil during roasting, then uncover towards the end for crispy skin.
